  This place is horrible my mom had a stroke was taken to Willowcrest for rehab when I toured the place they only showed me the east wing which is they're rehab unit when my mom was discharged from the hospital they claimed they had no rooms so they put her in the long term area that placed smelled horrible the patients are not well taken care of I buzzed the call button casse my mom had to use the bathroom and it took them half hour to come and ask what she wanted she said she needed to get help and that took another 15 minutes and the aide came back with a diaper in her hand..i looked at her and said really you expect her to go on herself...that was the first incident the second one was we took my mom home for her bday and left her new pancho on her bed came back and it was missing and the 3rd incident I get a call my mom fell out of her transport chair which she shouldn't be in there for long periods anyway its a transport chair very lightweight not a wheel chair amd the last thing they don't want me to take her home she needs to be discharge other wise I would have to pay for the four days shes been there not even a week and all this is happening and they want me to keep her there 4 to 6 weeks for rehab they out of there minds I feel sorry for there long term residents there.
